今天一齊試下煮營養師推介嘅糖水啦!

 

食材:

南瓜300克

雪耳半塊

蓮子50克

紅棗6粒

杞子20克

冰糖少許

1公升水

 

步驟:

1/ 雪耳及蓮子先洗淨後浸,煮20分鐘

2/ 加入南瓜煮5分鐘

3/ 加入杞子和冰糖再煮5分鐘

4/ 免開蓋焗5分鐘即成
