中秋飲清茶:消滯養菌又安神

 

中秋佳節又來到,所謂「無月餅不中秋」,當然少不了「時令食物」月餅。不過,月餅高糖高脂高熱量,實屬難消化的不健康食物,會給身體帶來不少負擔。

 

如何更健康地品嚐月餅?除了控制攝取量,淺嚐即止,再飲杯清茶亦是個好方法。

 

茶中含有大量多酚(polyphenols),比如綠茶中的兒茶素(catechins)和紅茶中的茶黃素(theaflavins),能夠提升胃蛋白酶(pepsin)的活性,促進胃的消化和油脂代謝。而茶中的咖啡因亦能一定程度上刺激胃液分泌,加速油脂分解。這就是為什麼飲茶給我們解除油膩的感覺。

 

除了解膩消滯,茶還能平衡腸道菌群丶維持腸道健康。茶多酚在多項實驗中被證實能夠抑制腸道壞菌如艱難梭狀芽孢桿菌(Clostridium difficile)、金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus),同時茶多酚能夠調節好菌生長,包括我們熟知的益生菌雙歧桿菌(Bifidobacterium)和乳酸桿菌(Lactobacillus spp.)。因此茶多酚被認為是潛在的益生元。而且,經常飲茶能夠幫助維持腸道菌群多樣性;多樣性越高,腸道菌群越穩定,腸道就越健康。這些功效都能減輕因進食月餅這類高脂高糖食物給身體造成的負擔。茶多酚還是高效的抗氧化物,能夠有效抗炎、穩定血糖和降低血脂/膽固醇,從而降低心血管疾病、肥胖、糖尿病等疾病的風險。

 

值得一提的是,飲茶還有放鬆心情舒緩壓力的作用,這是因為茶中含有的茶氨酸(L-theanine)能夠促進鎮靜神經遞質GABA和活化神經遞質血清素(serotonin)的釋放,這些都是人體內有效調節情緒的荷爾蒙。另外,花茶亦能舒緩情緒,比如洋甘菊茶,因其不含咖啡因還能達到安神助眠的功效。

 

從古至今,茶一直被認為是具有保健功能的飲品;現代科學亦不斷證實茶中的多種活性成分對人體健康的益處。好處多多的茶搭配香甜可口的月餅,淺嘗多滋味。祝願大家過一個健康安心的中秋!
