益緒寧幫爸爸紓緩壓力 齊做運動好快樂

過幾天就是父親節,大家又可和爸爸聚聚,共享天倫之樂!除要給阿爸維持身體健康外,他的情緒健康亦不容忽視。先前本港有機構訪問近300名父親,發現35.2%受訪者壓力指數高於70,代表有明顯壓力而會出現緊張、擔心及情緒低落的狀況;更有12%的受訪爸爸壓力「爆煲」(指數高於90) 需要尋求專業協助。

工作育兒壓力大  LPC-37助紓壓

現代父親除要發展事業、賺錢養家外,亦十分關注和子女的教育、互動及關係。而近年因疫情令父母要在家工作、孩子停課/網課亦為爸爸增添不少壓力。意大利有研究在第一波疫情時期訪問百多名父親,發現在疫情期間只有1%家庭經濟有改善,有一半家庭的經濟環境惡化;而與小孩的關係及父親的焦慮指數亦有明顯轉差跡象。

要幫忙碌緊張的爸爸緩解壓力,先前介紹的情緒益生菌副乾酪乳桿菌 Lpc-37 (Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37 )亦可有幫助。德國有研究邀請120名健康人士分別服用Lpc-37 及安慰劑五星期。結果發現服用Lpc-37組別感受到的壓力明顯減少,自覺健康及生產力亦有明顯改善。

男仕運動緩壓力  有助提升快樂指數

根據本港衛生署於2014年的調查結果顯示,做運動是本港男士最常用的減壓方法;利用運動減壓的男士比女士更多出一倍。適量的運動的確的有助減壓、提升快樂指數(Happiness)。歐洲有涉及15個國家、一萬多人的大型調查研究指出,沒有運動的人中只有20 %覺得幸福快樂;而有足夠及大量運動人士的快樂指數分別提升至29%及52%。在眾多運動當中,中等強度的步行和劇烈強度的運動最能明顯提升受試者的快樂指數。

享受運動並不是年青人專利。芬蘭有研究訪問三百多名42-50歲的中年人士,發現中等強度行山運動最能提升中年男士的幸福感(Well-being);而劇烈的健身運動則最能提升健康。台灣亦有大型研究邀請了兩萬多位65歲以上長者,調查他們的快樂指數與運動機能的關係。結果指出有運動習慣、身體運動機能較高的長者,其快樂指數亦較高。不論是老中青的爸爸們,適量運動都能緩解壓力、提升幸福感、以至身心健康都有助益。
