炎夏抗疫 買餸攻略

 

最近疫情嚴峻,確診數字屢創新高。在疫情肆虐期間,大家更要攝取足夠營養,維持身體健康;超市/街市亦不時人頭湧湧。衛生署表示有不少確診個案是時常到街市長者及家庭主婦,買餸彷彿成了高危活動。 

 

出發前先檢查家存貨 再擬定所需

香港生活方便,不少人都習慣每天行街市買餸,但在疫情高峰期大家應盡量留在家中。現在互聯網發達,能存放的凍肉丶罐頭丶日用品等足不出戶仍可以網購。至於其他新鮮食品,大家可以根據家中雪櫃大小丶能存放食物數量;先檢查家中存貨,再計劃一次買未來三至七天所需。

 

夏日防疫買餸look

出外當然要戴好口罩,還要多帶幾個後備,以使出汗弄濕後替換。雖然天氣熱,但背心短褲涼鞋可免則免。亦可戴帽 ,既防曬亦能防飛沬黏到頭髮上。乾濕紙巾丶潔手液亦不可少;出門前可先用長效潔手液 (如含苯扎氯安 Benzalkonium Chloride) 潔手,作基本保護。自備購物袋丶厚冰袋丶購物車;要煮和即食食物分開放好,以免交感染。

 

買餸時注意

出門在外,盡量不要碰口罩或摸眼口鼻。如有需要,就一定要前後都潔手。夏日炎炎,大家可選擇到有冷氣丶比較寬敞的新式街市超市。 這裡大家都不易因為熱而除下口罩,亦較容易保持社交距離。能逐件揀的攤販雖然較易買到心頭好,但你揀我又揀,容易做成接觸性感染。最好買相熟攤販嘅「免揀」貨品, 用眼揀比較安全。盡量利用電子付款,減少找錢接觸。勤洗手,最少去完每個地方之間(如街市去超市)潔手一次。買餸後零錢放好,潔手後就不要碰,接觸後要再洗手。

 

買餸回家後

回家後,先把買回來的東西放在門口特定地方;再除鞋洗手/除口罩/換衫。外出買回來的東西亦有機會沾染病毒,有需要可先清潔一下。

要煮餸菜,因為食前會煮熟消毒;只要放好,處理才接觸,處理後洗乾淨手就可以。不用煮的食物(如水果/即食食品等),要每樣以消毒劑抹乾淨,十分費時,亦可能有消毒劑殘留在食物表面上。利用臭氧消毒是一個比較方便的方法,不同品牌的臭氧機的有效使用方法亦有所不同。以益生活官網的臭氧機為例,只要將臭氧機放到小於100公升密封膠箱/雪櫃中,再放入要消毒的物品蓋好。開機後靜待50分鐘,便能發出足夠的臭氧,消滅細菌及病毒 (詳情請參考前期 <臭氧。紫外綫。光觸媒>)。 消毒後膠箱要於通風處打開並取出物品。

再把手機放到紫外光消毒器或用酒精綿片消毒,小物品如現金亦可用紫外光消毒機消毒。放好物品後,可以先洗澡,清潔涼爽一下。

 

網購收貨攻略

網購送貨,在家門收貨亦要盡量戴口罩,和送貨員保持社交距離。收貨後包裹可先放門口特定地方,打開包裹貨物抹凈,或放到有臭氧機的膠箱中消毒門口放外來物件的特定地方亦應常清潔消毒,接觸後亦要洗手。

外來物品做好衛生把關,大家在家自煮亦吃得安心。抗疫在家亦要不忘飲食均衡丶攝取足夠維他命C及維持腸道健康的益生菌,維持免疫對抗疫情。
