益生菌 預防感染減焦慮 疫後旅遊好輕鬆

 

全球新冠病毒疫情日漸放緩,不少國家都已放寬出入境限制。本港亦開始實施

 

0+3入境措施,到港後以檢測及限制出入處所代替隔離檢疫。消息公布後,不少市民已急不及待計劃外遊大計。但長時間沒有外遊,在重新計劃行程時,亦要注意身心健康。

「未出發先緊張興奮」   LPC-37安神助眠

封關已久,大家都十分期待出外旅行。美國、歐洲及士耳其的硏究調查均指出,約五至七成的受訪者計劃在一年內外出旅遊。

旅行焦慮 (travel anxiety) 是指與旅行有關的緊張焦慮情緒,例如因身處環境轉變不熟悉而產生的負面情緒。土耳其有研究訪問六百多名成年人,發現疫情後受訪者雖有明顯旅行打算,但旅行焦慮情緒和害怕新冠病毒的指數均明顯上升,而兩者亦有明顯相對關係。這或因疫情及各國出入境政策等變數,使大家對外遊都有些緊張憂慮。而另一項調查研究指出,約五成受訪者計劃短期內到海外旅遊,但計劃旅遊時都會顧慮與新冠病毒有關的安排,如選擇醫療較完善而感染風險低的國家、訂購可更改日期的旅遊產品、留意旅遊保險等。在計劃旅行時的顧慮比疫情前多,因此出發前除了興奮期待外,亦多了緊張及焦慮。

要紓緩疫後旅行的焦慮,除要對行程安排做足資料搜集及心理準備外,益緒寧富含的情緒益生菌副乾酪乳桿菌 Lpc-37 (Lactobacillus paracasei Lpc-37 )對焦慮失眠亦有幫助。英國有研究邀請近二百名大學生,服用 Lpc-37或安慰劑十週。結果發現,服用 Lpc-37組別的睡眠質量指數較安慰劑組高、睡眠更安穩。

疫後流感風險增  益纖菌健體防感染

在先前世界各地嚴格的新冠防疫措施及旅遊限制下,除了減低新冠病毒傳播外,不少其他的傳染病如流行性感冒(Influenza)、霍亂及瘧疾等的感染個案亦大幅減少至非常低的水平。當各地放寬防疫措施、開放出入境後,傳染病會因人口流動而重新開始傳播。大部分人在這兩年未必能接觸流感,亦在沒有接種疫苗的情況下,體內的流感抗體水平亦多數不高。尤其是三歲以下,免疫系統並未有機會接觸流感病毒,以及免疫力老化衰退的老人家。這兩個群組因流感抗體較少,比較容易受感染及導致嚴重症狀。

科學家通常會以南半球國家(如澳洲、新西蘭)在上半年冬天流感季節的數據,預測北半球國家下半年冬天流感的流行程度、病毒種類等,以作出準備。澳洲在2020和2021年新冠流行時期的流感數字亦在十分低水平(見上圖) ,但在2022年三月澳洲開始放寬防疫措施後,感染流感數字在南半球冬季上升至五年的高位。英國研究數據指出,如同時感染新冠和流感病毒,會增加重症(進入ICU)(6.3倍)及死亡風險(5.9倍)。因防疫措施在不少國家已開放,北半球各國在秋冬季節亦要小心防範流感。

要預防新冠及流感病毒感染和重症,除了接種疫苗、注意個人衛生外,大家亦可服用脂質維他命C及益纖菌增強抵抗力。 脂質維他命C(liposomal vitamin C)是以磷脂分子包裹維他命C成脂質體/微脂粒(liposome);因其結構與人體細胞膜相似,故脂質體中的維他命C比一般水溶維他命C更容易被身體吸收,亦不易被氧化。有綜合研究分析七項獨立研究,涉及超過三千名三個月到十八歲前的兒童;發現每天攝取0.5一2克維他命C,平均能加快上呼吸道感染痊癒過程達1.6日。

金裝益纖菌中富含的雙歧桿菌HN019(Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis HN019)及嗜酸乳桿菌 NCFM (Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM), 對預防上呼吸道感染(包括流感)及加快復原亦有幫助。有研究針對3—5歲的上海兒童發現, NCFM能有效縮短上呼吸道感染症狀如發燒丶咳嗽丶 流鼻水等達32%,亦能有效減少31.8%因病而缺席上課的機會。最近內地安徽亦有研究把HN019或HN001加到嬰兒奶粉內,給每組約六十名6至12個月嬰兒食用12週。結果發現食用HN019奶粉的一組,並沒有嬰兒在研究其間確診上呼吸道感染,亦沒有嬰兒需要服用抗生素。可見金裝益纖菌的NCFM和HN019益生菌對平衡免疫力及預防感染,亦有所裨益。

出外旅行除要預防感染外,亦要注意飲食,以免在旅途中腸胃不適而影響行程。金裝益纖菌除能平衡免疫力,亦有改善便秘、紓緩腸胃不適的功效。出外旅行時可多帶備金裝益纖菌及益緒寧,維持吃好睡足、輕鬆健康享受行程。
